Procedure for applying for and collecting a building permit.

Who is the applicant?
The owner of the property is always the official applicant and remains legally responsible, even if an architect or another third party is authorized to act on their behalf.

Communication:
All official notifications, requests for additional information, and notices regarding changes or collection of the permit are sent directly to the applicant by email and/or in writing. The authorized representative (e.g., architect) receives a copy (cc).

Important:
Fill in your contact details (telephone and email) correctly and completely. This is in your own interest. If information is missing or incorrect, you risk not being informed—or not being informed on time—about your application.

Changes:
Once you receive a notice that your permit is ready, no further changes can be made. Do you still want to make adjustments? Then you must submit a new application; the old permit will automatically be cancelled.

Collection:
A granted permit must be collected within 180 days; otherwise, it becomes legally invalid.

Publication:
Soon we will publish granted permits on our official website, so that everyone can check their status.
